Allie McCulloch was born into a military family in Virginia, her father was U.S. NAVY, and she has spent the majority of her life moving around all over the country and in Europe. She had a keen interest and enthusiasm for performing from the very young age of 4, which she nurtured as she grew up by doing plays, whether in the theatre or in her backyard for her neighbors. She left home and moved to New York City to model at the age of 16, where she began her professional career. From there, she relocated to Los Angeles to focus on training and studying and to pursue her career in film & television. Allie has been blessed to work alongside some of the most well-respected talent in the industry, and has sustained a consistently fulfilling and steady working actor's career. Allie can be seen in acclaimed director Joshua Marston's film "Come Sunday" opposite Oscar-Nominee Chiwetel Ejiofor. She has appeared on shows such as "The Walking Dead" in a memorable role opposite Oscar-Nominee Samantha Morton, Showtime's "Homeland" and David Fincher's "Mindhunter". She can also be seen on FOX's The Resident in seasons 3, 4 & 5 as Dr. Gabbi Johnson. And in a large supporting role opposite Oscar-Winner Julianne Moore in the Gloria Steinem biopic, " THE GLORIAS", directed by Oscar-Nominee Julie Taymor.

Actor's Arsenal is a collaborative effort from Ron Fallica & Allie McCulloch. Both experienced actors and filmmakers, Ron & Allie have over 35 combined years of experience in the film & TV industry. Ron Fallica was born and raised in Long Island, NY. He began acting as a teenager, and made the natural transition into studying and pursuing it professionally when he got out of high school. He worked and trained in New York City for many years before making the move out to Los Angeles. He lived in LA for many years, acting, as well as writing, producing and editing. While preparing to put on a production of "Lovers and Other Strangers" alongside Allie McCulloch, that "Hollywood" thing happened and they found themselves in love, and they eventually got married.
Allie & Ron both felt that the southeast was a place of vast possibility within the film & tv industry. Allie & Ron chose to bring their arsenal of experience, knowledge, insight and abilities to the southeast and are very grateful for all the amazing people they've had the opportunity to work with since opening the doors of Actor's Arsenal in 2013.
Ron & Allie's ultimate goal for Actor's Arsenal is that every actor is totally prepared and properly equipped for their opportunity when it comes.

MEGAN PETERSEN
Megan began acting at a young age in her local community theater. After moving to Wilmington in 2008, she quickly found herself on set and began pursuing acting in film & tv. Her credits include roles on many local short films, independent feature films, and television, including a co-star on House of Cards. She actively casts and produces films in the southeast. She completed the Meisner Technique program & continues to train through weekly classes. Her most recent project, 'Drought' which she co-created, produced, & co-directed, was the grand-prize winner of the Hometown Heroes Rally hosted by Seed&Spark. It is being Executive Produced by Emmy award winning filmmakers Mark & Jay Duplass.
ALEXANDRA HARRIS
A Wilmington native, Alexandra became enthralled with acting here in her high school theater program. She then attended UNCG where she earned her BA in Philosophy with a minor in Theater Performance. After four years of thinking too much, she returned home to get out of her head and into acting again. Alexandra began training here at the studio seven years ago and completed the Meisner Technique program. She continues to work on her craft through weekly classes, writing, and living truthfully. In addition to acting, she is a fiber artist and loves DIY home renovations. You can also find her singing and rocking some alt percussion with the local band Billy Heathen. Alexandra is stoked to collaborate with you.
HANNAH BLACK
Hannah was born and raised in the sleepy southern town of Wilmington, North Carolina. After a short stint in teaching elementary education, she decided to take the leap into the acting world and fell in love with the craft. She is trained in Meisner Technique and her credits include various supporting roles in independent films and TV. She can be seen next in the upcoming film, "Uncle Frank" where she plays opposite Margo Martindale, Sophia Lillis, and Steve Zahn. Feature film "Drought", is her most recent project that she wrote, co-directed, and plays one of the leads. It is currently gaining traction on the festival circuit and is executive produced by Emmy award winning filmmakers and actors, Mark & Jay Duplass
GRAY HAWKS
Gray has acted in theatre his entire life, but took the steps ten years ago to pursue a career in film and tv. Since then, he has appeared as a co-star on television shows such as Outer Banks, Sleepy Hollow, The Inspectors, and most recently as a recurring guest star on OWN's Delilah. Film credits include: “When We Last Spoke” opposite Cloris Leachman and Melissa Gilbert, “Secrets In Suburbia” for Lifetime, and “American Warships” opposite Mario Van Peebles for the SyFy network. Gray has commercial credits for Charbroil Grill as “Grill Dad”, Republic Wireless, Meineke, and numerous local ads for O'Brien Heating and Air. He has a Bachelor Of Arts in Theatre and English Literature from Catawba College.
RENEE PLANTE
Renee is an actor, writer and producer. Once she caught the acting bug, she immersed herself in on-camera classes, workshops and the Meisner technique class. She enjoys working with actors in auditions because she believes this is where they can be the most creative. Last year she started her own production company -- Trespassers Media.
PARRISH STIKELEATHER
Parrish began making short films with his friends in high school and quickly realized it was what he wanted to do for the rest of his life. With a focus on writing, directing, and acting, he has made several award-winning short films including winning a Silver Telly-Award in 2013. His work has been featured on Booooooom, Film Shortage, Vimeo, Director's Notes, and Cinephilia & Beyond. He is currently at work on his second feature-length script.
